5. Document Responsibility

Smart Wallet does not validate authenticity of documents. The user bears full legal responsibility for the content stored and its compliance with local regulations.

6. Notifications

Reminders and notifications are for convenience only. We do not guarantee 100% delivery or absolute accuracy of expiration tracking.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and assets belong exclusively to Qimmah Wahidah Company. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
