1. Data We Collect
When registering and using the application, we collect the following information to provide a seamless experience:
- Personal details: Name, Mobile number, Email address
- Location data: your device's location, only when you grant the app permission, to show nearby salons and distances
- Technical data: IP address, device type, device identifiers, crash reports, and application usage patterns for performance optimization
2. Purpose of Collection
Your data is processed for specific purposes:
- To create and maintain your secure user account
- To search salons, make reservations, and safely manage your reservations
- To show salons near you and the distance to them
- To send timely push notifications for reservations and salon's offers
- To improve security and detect fraudulent activity
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising, as described in section 5
3. Data Protection
Qimmah Wahidah Company implements advanced encryption and security measures to protect your information. While we strive for maximum security, no digital system can be guaranteed 100% impenetrable.
4. Data Sharing
We strictly do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. Disclosure only occurs if legally mandated, required for essential service operation (e.g., cloud storage providers and payment processors), or for advertising measurement as described in section 5.
5. Advertising Analytics (TikTok)
The application uses the TikTok App Events SDK, a software component provided by TikTok Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates ("TikTok"), to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on TikTok and to help us reach people who are likely to be interested in our services.
When the SDK is active, the application sends TikTok information about how you use it, such as when the application is installed or opened, the salons and services you view, searches you make, services you add to your cart, and completed reservations including their amount and currency. If you have an account, the application also sends your account identifier and a one-way hashed (encrypted) version of your name, mobile number and email address, so that TikTok can match your activity to advertising you may have seen. TikTok also receives device information, such as the device model, operating system version and, where you have allowed it, the device's advertising identifier.
On iPhone and iPad, none of this information is sent to TikTok unless you tap "Allow" when the application asks for permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. If you decline, the application still works fully. On Android, the SDK is active when you use the application; you can reset or delete your advertising identifier in Settings › Google › Ads.
TikTok processes this information under its own policies, including the TikTok Privacy Policy, and may transfer data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
6. User Rights
You have full control over your data. Through the application, you can access, update, or permanently delete your profile and documents at any time. You can also withdraw the location and tracking permissions at any time from your device settings, and you may contact us at info@qw.com.sa regarding your data.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of the application signifies your agreement to any such updates.

عند التسجيل واستخدام التطبيق، نقوم بجمع المعلومات التالية لتقديم أفضل تجربة مستخدم:
- البيانات الشخصية: الاسم، رقم الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني
- بيانات الموقع: موقع جهازك، فقط عند منح التطبيق الإذن بذلك، لعرض الصالونات القريبة والمسافات إليها
- بيانات تقنية: عنوان IP، نوع الجهاز، معرّفات الجهاز، تقارير الأعطال، وأنماط استخدام التطبيق لتحسين الأداء
2. الغرض من جمع البيانات
تتم معالجة بياناتك لأغراض محددة:
- إنشاء وإدارة حساب المستخدم الخاص بك بشكل آمن
- البحث عن صالونات التجميل، وإجراء الحجز، وإدارة الحجوزات بأمان
- عرض الصالونات القريبة منك والمسافة إليها
- إرسال تنبيهات في الوقت المناسب حول الحجوزات والعروض
- تعزيز الأمان والكشف عن الأنشطة المشبوهة
- قياس فعالية إعلاناتنا، كما هو موضح في البند 5
3. حماية البيانات
تطبق شركة قمة واحدة للابتكار الرقمي تقنيات تشفير متقدمة وإجراءات أمنية صارمة لحماية معلوماتك. رغم سعينا لأقصى درجات الحماية، لا يوجد نظام رقمي آمن بنسبة 100%.
4. مشاركة البيانات
نحن نلتزم تماماً بعدم بيع أو تأجير بياناتك الشخصية لأي أطراف ثالثة. لا يتم الإفصاح عن البيانات إلا في حالات الامتثال القانوني، أو لتشغيل الخدمات الأساسية (مثل مزودي التخزين السحابي ومعالجي الدفع)، أو لقياس الإعلانات كما هو موضح في البند 5.
5. تحليلات الإعلانات (تيك توك)
يستخدم التطبيق حزمة TikTok App Events SDK، وهي مكوّن برمجي تقدّمه شركة TikTok Pte. Ltd. والشركات التابعة لها ("تيك توك")، لقياس فعالية إعلاناتنا على تيك توك ولمساعدتنا في الوصول إلى الأشخاص الذين قد يهتمون بخدماتنا.
عندما تكون الحزمة نشطة، يرسل التطبيق إلى تيك توك معلومات عن طريقة استخدامك له، مثل وقت تثبيت التطبيق أو فتحه، والصالونات والخدمات التي تتصفحينها، وعمليات البحث التي تجرينها، والخدمات التي تضيفينها إلى السلة، والحجوزات المكتملة بما في ذلك قيمتها وعملتها. وإذا كان لديك حساب، يرسل التطبيق أيضاً معرّف حسابك ونسخة مشفّرة باتجاه واحد من اسمك ورقم جوالك وبريدك الإلكتروني، ليتمكّن تيك توك من ربط نشاطك بالإعلانات التي قد تكونين شاهدتها. كما يتلقى تيك توك معلومات عن الجهاز، مثل طراز الجهاز وإصدار نظام التشغيل، ومعرّف الإعلانات الخاص بالجهاز إذا سمحتِ بذلك.
على أجهزة آيفون وآيباد، لا تُرسل أيٌّ من هذه المعلومات إلى تيك توك ما لم تختاري "السماح" عندما يطلب التطبيق الإذن بتتبع نشاطك عبر تطبيقات ومواقع الشركات الأخرى. ويمكنك تغيير اختيارك في أي وقت من الإعدادات ‹ الخصوصية والأمن ‹ التتبع. وإذا رفضتِ، يستمر التطبيق في العمل بشكل كامل. وعلى أجهزة أندرويد، تكون الحزمة نشطة عند استخدامك للتطبيق، ويمكنك إعادة تعيين معرّف الإعلانات أو حذفه من الإعدادات ‹ Google ‹ الإعلانات.
يعالج تيك توك هذه المعلومات وفقاً لسياساته، بما في ذلك سياسة خصوصية تيك توك، وقد ينقل البيانات إلى خارج المملكة العربية السعودية.
6. حقوق المستخدم
لديك السيطرة الكاملة على بياناتك. يمكنك من خلال التطبيق الوصول إلى ملفك الشخصي ومستنداتك، أو تحديثها، أو حذفها نهائياً في أي وقت. كما يمكنك سحب إذن الموقع وإذن التتبع في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك، والتواصل معنا عبر info@qw.com.sa بخصوص بياناتك.
7. تحديثات السياسة
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة لتعكس التغييرات في خدماتنا أو المتطلبات القانونية. يُعد استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق موافقة على أي تحديثات تجرى.
